Project Snapshot
PROBLEM
Health is often understood only in terms of doctors and medicine, making it difficult for visitors to recognize the emotional, social, and environmental factors that influence wellbeing.
SOLUTION
A set of interactive experiences combining a memory-based infographic game and a dynamic survey designed to engage visitors before and after the museum tour.
RESULT
An interactive system that helps visitors reflect on their own definition of health and allows the museum to measure how perspectives change throughout the experience.

Learnings
This project emphasized the power of interaction as a tool for reflection. Turning a survey into a playful experience helped visitors engage more honestly and thoughtfully with questions about their own health.
Designing a before-and-after measurement system showed how interactive exhibits can generate meaningful data, not just engagement. The ability to compare responses helped demonstrate the museum’s impact on visitor perspectives.
Working with sensitive topics such as health reinforced the importance of empathy and clarity in interaction design. Simple mechanics and clear language were essential to create an inclusive and respectful experience for all audiences.
